We have to bear in mind what we see here is likely the poverty pack. Give it a more aggro front and rear bar, spoiler, mesh grille, twin zorst, bigger wheels and drop it a few mm, i think we will have a winner. Also this is the USDM model so we may have some minor changes for our market.
The side mirrors are a bit dorky though ...

Any word on a wagon??
Has the Legacy wagon been dropped in favour of the Levorg?

Upon closer inspection of the Levorg, it's similarities with the Gen6 are starting to align. I have a feeling you may be on to something Shiv. It's pretty much a Gen6 with new front bar and bonnet, in wagon form. The headlights are slightly different and it's hard to tell the proportions but it's close. Put this next to the new Gen6 and slap a Legacy GT badge on it, who would know.
In saying that, i think the Levorg is closer to the new Impreza though. Perhaps to fill the gap of a go-fast Impreza wagon since the WRX is sedan only.
EDIT: Just did some research, the Levorg IS based on the Impreza platform so that rules out any relation to the Legacy. It's also slated as a Japan only model. What i don't get is, in it's top shelf form it's much more powerful than the WRX, is this for those who don't want a full size wagon (Legacy) but want more space than the sedan? Why distance it from the WRX, could just call it the WRX Touring Wagon or something?

With a few modifications, this car can definitely look good.
Wanting to buy/looking for: single genuine STi rim, genuine STi front lip, Corazon or Zero/Sports grille and another OEM grille
Can you hook a brother up? Please contact me now. I have cash ready.

I don't dislike it and there does seem to be some improvements. But its just boring. It is basically a very expensive Camry, if you're going to show us the Legacy, at least show us the GT or premium package and ease us into the poverty packs lol. It is however, what the Gen5 should have always been. It has taken them a long time to get all the models back to being acceptable in my opinion.

I think the real problem is in-house design. The entire design studio should be booted out and they should bring back Olivier Boulay, the man responsible for the Gen2!!

Looks alot better than the GENV, but I don't understand what they have done with the side mirrors..... Just like the WRX, the main thing I hate about them.

I'd drive a 4 door BRZ with a snail onboard.
