Last night a mate on Facebook shared this link out from a friend who was selling the car. I commented saying it was way over priced for what its worth.

The sellers boyfriend then comes back saying I'm a muppet and wankers like me don't know what things are worth. The whole thing got deleted before I had a chance to write a response which was annoying.

Anyways, is this worth 14k?

Immaculate condition,
Custom paint, orange with gold pearl(looks way better than it shows in the photos)
20" rims
Exhaust
Dark tinted windows
Stereo with sub & DVD player
12 months rego.
New tyres
& LOTS MORE, contact me for more info.

I think it is worth 14k because it has lots more they haven't told us about.
Otherwise, take 10k off that price, looks tidy from outside that is all.

Well if the post hadn't been taken down I would have said tell me why its worth that money. But when you start with name calling that tells me you can't justify the price tag.

I mean cam sold his for what 12 grand or something. I bet that is in better condition than said car. A hetic paint job doesn't make it worth that much more.

Speaking of Gumtree this has been for sale a few streets away from me. It started over 10k and I have been watching the price fall on it almost every fortnight. I do wonder why this hasn't sold yet

But Harry commenting like that on a for sale ad is always going to stir the pot & probably not your place to say so.

Thoughts on this, kit is for an E30 (obviously) this is real kit;

If you try to make an early model BMW look like a late model Camaro, it will always end badly.

Kind of interesting

That is way cool.

We have the "original' hanging in the office.

Not sure what it would be worth, the market will decide that, but I'm confident it is worth more without the Commodore rims.

If I told you I was a compulsive liar, would you believe me?

Currently deciding on breakfast...

Been awake for a little bit. Only problem with DLS finishing is that I have to wait longer until footy.

The missus bought it when she was living in London in the early '90's.

I'll ask her when she wakes up.
