Engine needs to be run in, how far from Melbourne to Hunter Valley.
Could be a good run in cruise.

It took us 13 hours last year. JUST DO IT!

Very much so.

Have you turned any of the chillis into sauces yet?

yeah, just hot wings sauces.. need more recipes for other sauces. I made 4 bottles yesterday but that was just using Thai Chillies so nothing really exotic.

Horrible way to run in an engine. highway driving is a terrible way to run an engine in.

Ah, well... Looks like I'm out.

Was excited for a few minutes there, mostly excited about trading bodies with hypnotic.

Or you could do what Josh did last year and just hire a car, instead of driving one of the 2 cars he has.

RICH BUT NOT HUNRGY!

FARK I HATE LOSING

So do I.

We're talking about arguing with the missus, right?

Horrible way to run in an engine. highway driving is a terrible way to run an engine in.

This times 11ty billion.

Engines need LOAD to run in.

With my Gemini wagon, I filled the back with two layers of bricks and drove up and down Mt Dandenong on the way to work each morning until I had enough kms on it. Normal trip to work was 8-10mins, this took over two hours! :)

I flogged that engine (7500rpm EVERYDAY!) for 150,000kms. Bullet proof it was.

If I told you I was a compulsive liar, would you believe me?

Fark, that walk was nuts in thongs... I had no traction at all... I walked half slipping on the tile footpath probably looking like a drunk fork hahaha. Got a second shower out of it. But beer = worth it.

Man that was a good car, a real workhorse.

6G8aTq9.jpg

It endured 16 years of brutal punishment, only one engine, a clutch and a set of bearings in the gearbox in that time.

In the end the body packed it in. Rust got hold and stress fractures all over the place, even a piece of the firewall fell out!
