Yeh I think they suit the boxier look of the Gen3 spot on. The colored coded sail finisher is actually a seperate factory option piece. It's a cover.
Yes will be deleting the indicator but will be reversable.

Mines not loud at all.
Can't remember what size. You'll have to remove one and measure the base diameter.

Thanks Jimbo, I've seen your post in the past and been very useful.
The thing is I've changed mine to white like Mark has done n loving it but one of them has gone out so have to replace it... I've purchased 10xT4 LEDs from eBay but they happened to be either a tad small or just not a perfect fit as they don't lock in... The ones I had in were from Japan when I done the conversion.
