We bled the air but no air came out, the brake pedal still goes to the floor.
Any suggestions?

Are they on the right side with the nipple at the top?

It would also pump up for a little bit then it you left it for a bit it would go straight to the floor.

If the master is able to move fluid through the nipple when you are bleeding then you may have air trapped further upstream or the master cylinder has carked it.
I suspect the latter.
NEVER allow the pedal to go to the floor when bleeding, only use half the pedal travel or you risk stuffing the master.
If I told you I was a compulsive liar, would you believe me?

How do i go about removing air from the upper part of the system?
The pedal wasn't pushed all the way, as dad was doing the pushing he's a mechanic.
In theory should the master cylinder be able to cope with the extra 2 pots?
Factory had single pot fronts and rears, i now have 2 pot fronts and single rears.

One front caliper of mine has the same amount of pistons as the whole car used to and mines all good. So id say yes it can cope it it

Master will be up for it.
Double check you put the calipers on the correct sides, Try a gravity bleed, Check for leaks at the master and report back.
I had a bog stock gen3 outback 2.5 master running brembos and it was fine.

I like to think of it as borrowing someone's car and driving it better than them.
