Yum. I could go a roast chook mang.

I'm in that meds cycle myself right now. Feeling crappy for no REALLY GOOD reason. So they're like, oh well lets bump up from 20mg a day, I'm just thinking... WHY? Staying to what I've been having thankyou very much.

I don't think alot of people would truly comprehend what that must have been like.

Hey man, how are you going?

There is something about that car that I like. I'm not a fan of most hatchbacks.

I had a pretty busy day today as well. Trying my best for the past two weeks to give a good impression to the people at work so they do get around to hiring me, even if it is only a temporary casual position. I finish on Thursday next week if I decide to take my Friday RDO.

I've also decided to do a few short courses at TAFE. I'll be looking into it more when I get back home from dinner though to confirm courses.

I'm off to Silva's. You may have heard Josh (B4TT) and I talk about it a few times? It's a Portuguese restaurant in the heart of Petersham (little Portugal as they call it). A top place for traditional Portuguese cuisine and it's owned by family friends. It's Jess' mother's birthday so we're all going to take her there for dinner.

I went with a rolled beef roast from Lost River (One source, endless flavour) instead of a chook. Just studded it with a heap of garlic, smothered it in mustard, S&P then seared, now in the oven. Will make a pan juice gravy with onions and have some nice bread rolls to smash it all with...should work well I'm hoping.

Your Dog is awesome Adam.

Nik...hour a kilo? I suck at beef in the oven.

Just googled it...they reckon 30min/kilo = rare, 45min/kilo = Med, 1hor kilo = Well. Am going for an hour total cook time for 1.5kg, then will rest for 30mins minimum.

Sounds even better than a roast chook! :)

Yeah mate, hour a kilo at 200 for medium

If you're doing a covered stand/rest than I dare say one hour for 1.5 will be bang on at 200.
