Als ensured me of all the tech support i'll need and wiring is my forte so not concerned about anything electrical.

FINALLY! Any ideas on what made the auto go pop? GTB 5 speed gearbox is it? Get that wing and rear bar on and you have automotive nirvana :P.

Ahh its pretty simple to pull it all out man. A rattle gun will help with the fly wheel and torque converter.

LOL, Rattle guns shock the bolts out of the fly wheel. If you try to undo them by hand you'll just turn the motor over.

It was just the auto's time i guess. Yes a GTB 5 speed 4.44 ratio. exactly the same as V3 STi. Wing, rear bar and tailgate will happen very shortly. Even thinking about redoing the front seats in full leather to match the rest of the interior.:D

good stuff mate,

now our cars are nearly identical spec wise!

Yeh pretty much. :D

Ive got the full workshop manual so doesnt seem too bad. Have access to transmission jack and proper stands/ramps so shouldnt be too bad and im not rushing it.

If i get stuck, you may recieve a call, but my man cannons should suffice. :D

Thanks Dylan.

Pretty much Al and Miles buy GTB half cut, strip out everything I need down to last bolt, package and ship it out.

Good s/h clutch inc though, so will probably buy new one myself just for peace of mind. $2500 + freight.

Probably would of got it all cheaper myself, but i knew i would of missed some small bits and Al garauntees i will need nothing with the kit. Plus any tech support i need.

There's no nuts or bolts on the clutch Dylano

Sounds good Mark - what gearbox is going in?

I would have gone to the kitchen, collected a brown bag, dropped my dacks, pinched off a loaf in said bag, done up dacks, stickytaped bag, placed bag in envelope, and mailed it right to your face for being such a tool.

It's ok, sometimes when we herp, we also derp.

GTB 5 speed. 4.44 same as V3 STi. Better, stronger box than the standard 4.11 wrx one. I already have a 4.44 diff so dont have to swap that which is nice.

Yummeh. If they happen to send you two by accident I'd gladly take the spare...
