A very very easy way to go about this would be to go to ebay and grab a cheap china digital speedometer. Remove the digital face from that and remove the 7 segment leds attach your own bigger ones and attach those bigger ones to a nice looking round front face (sprayed matt black). And bobs you're uncle instead of a $600 Tommy Kaira you have a SC special easy done custom digital face clusters.

The TK black out one is literally just stuck to the face of the speedo (needles removed) with double sided tape lol so youre bang on the money
