How much of the exhaust is stock and are you just looking at doing a diffback? If the rest is stock, don't expect much noise.

For starters, it'll have a cat in the primary dump pipe then another in the normal mid-section. After that it also has a resonator. I have a 3" Blitz NUR spec diffback and it's whisper quiet with the rest of the stock system.

As it is, the TT system is pretty quiet. My old Gen2 GT-B had 2.5" dumps merging to a 3" mid-section then 200cell cat to a Fujitsubo muffler, even then it wasn't as loud as some WRX's I have heard.

3" straight through sport muffler. 

 

I get a pretty rorty noise with that - but my mid section is non-standard.

How good do they sound on full swing Dunc!

I had the pleasure of doing a track day at Marulan (Gen2 GT- and having someone else drive my car while i spectated sound was aweeeeesomeeee
