Hot damn!
Very nice!

Don't go clear indicators, all the colours contrast nicely.

When is she getting down on her knees (lowered)? ;)

i like the practicality of stock height, go offroad abit down tracks and that to mates places on farm, use it irrigating sometimes on the dirt tracks, this road we found our selves on whilst exploring saw us do a water crossing a couple of times, so probs wont be lowered, thought about a rally/baja look, mudflaps, roof racks, light bars behind the grill or somewhere stealth, idk just a mean rough but clean look

Needs less ported sub box.

I like to think of it as borrowing someone's car and driving it better than them.

Looking nice man. Sticker bombing isn't my thing but it's your car!

Need to get those plates remade... Too many different yellows!

Keeping struts and springs, but want to upgrade to something a little firmer, any ideas?

Perhaps you want upgraded swaybars rather than firmer springs?

UPDATE:

just to start off with HVC15 was off its forking head, absolutely loved it and was sad to leave, felt like leaving family hahaha

been a busy couple days for mods, with them all in the mail over HVC, was abit bummed i couldn't get these on before hand but anyway, she's now sporting the following

02 STI scoop and splitter

06 STI intercooler, this thing holds boost like its nothing, more then enough for the little td04

turbo beanie, this thing is amazing, like before you would squint from the heat from lifting the bonnet after a drive, now you can touch shit under there and not get third degree burns.

DC Sports short ram intake from the freedom land of america.

also got rid of the sticker bomb shit on my dash and now have a Turbo Smart boost gauge in and carbon fiber wrap, which i wrapped badly, sorta, i kinda like the rough edges look lol

this weekend coming up will be putting on

invidia catless uppipe, this thing has the bung for the temp sensor but is it gonna throw CEL? i believe i have to do a resistor mod?

heat wrap uppipe, downpipe

deatschwerk fuel pump, cheers matt

TurboSmart kompact recirc BOV

greddy catch cans

grimmspeed 3 port boost solenoid, this isnt going on till my cars about to get tuned, which should be in a couple of weeks.

so yea once all thats on and she's tuned will be looking at forester struts and Conti A/T tyres.......

OH i also go rid of that sub, best decision ever made

heres some pics i took of the scoop and intercooler install, comparisons of wrx stuff vs STI stuff

and a pic of her in the bush

so yea stay tuned cause the direction of this build seems to change with every update lol, updates on the weekend hopefully

That's some nice mods you got there Luke.

So glad that you had a blast @ HVC15, I would of felt bad if it was a flop.

Cheers

day 1 of up pipe and other things install

todays activities were mainly getting everything off, ran into some trouble with one of the top down pipe bolts, thing was that forked i spent a good hour slowly winding that bitch off to find most of the thread gone, ill let the pic do the explaning, anyways got everything else off quite smoothly considering it was alot of exhaust bolts, was expecting the usual stripping of seized exhaust bolts but nup, all came off nicely. got some of my down pipe heat wrapped with what i had left from wrapping the new up pipe, looks mean as now, didnt think i did to bad a job for a first go wrapping, also sprayed it black with this VHT flame proof stuff, got the up pipe into position and bolted in.

adventures for tomorrow include bolting everything back together, installing 2 catch cans.......OK where the hell do i put these? like i can find room for one near the ABS unit but where do i put the other? any ideas?......install a fuel pump and go for a mad drive. cars booked in for a tune with MSR on the 25th of july which im keen as for.

anyways update tomorrow

bye for now

luke

why do my photo's come up upside down, but when i preview them there up right lol
