Nigel here. Thought I would join up on here as oz lib has pretty much stalled.
Brought myself a damaged Outback late 2011, So below are a time line in picture.
Car is stock 2.5L engine. De-lifted with RX struts etc. Dual range gearbox has been replaced with an RS turbo item with matching LSD. Recently put some Billies in the front to balance the ride height.
Sound system comprises of mostly older alpine gear. 6.5" splits in the front and 6.5" 2 way in the back. Alpine MP3 CD, Audioline Amp and Jaycar Response 12" sub.

After a bit of dis-assembly found the reason why it wouldn't run.
A few progress pics. Half the interior out, and cleaned, ready for re-assembly. Some parts are hanging around to dry out a little.
