Okay so after numerous things being put on the backburner again, (mainly due to an RS Liberty project I started but recently sold) Oti became my daily again, but now with the purchase of a MY15 WRX for my daily and weekender, I have the ability to get some serious work happening on this build.

Okay guys, figured it all out with some help from Brett at Sbaru Parts. T1 R160 3.9, and Japwreck is hooking me up later today.
Thank you all for your input, unfortunately transmissions aren't my strong point!
And as much as I'd love to fit a 5.4 LSD, I'd have to change the front diff ratio too, which isn't on the cards just yet!

The only markings I have found on the rear of the diff housing, other than the star.

Haven't dropped the diff off the car, so no stamp markings to relay just yet.
