Is the engine the same as the WRX? What does the tuning potential look like? If it can hit 200kW ATW on stock turbo/intervals i can forgive the CVT

Virtually anyone active on an enthusiast forum like this would expect more for their vehicle than the market would be willing to pay.
I've done the "newborn and a mortgage" shuffle twice. Sell the car(s) imo.
Haha, for me the newborn+mortgage meant 'buy and lightly tune a turbo Foz'.. Gotta love 0% balance transfer finance
