Have you noticed any weightloss, Hammy?


About 3-4kg yeah, although to keep my beer weight under control I usually stop eating and it balances itself out.

I'm down 10kgs.  No more handles or double chin.  

 

I was 86kgs before Xmas, back to 90 now.  That's where I'd like to stay.  

As much as I hate cubts that go on about their weight & gyms & shit... I find my own weight journeys interesting now.
