I can probably get a spacer made up for you. but may not be cheap. And I don't know that it would be good to space the tongue down.
I'm sure you can get a towbar to suit the RX rear bar..

So the guy that crashed his car and killed the little girl the other day just got arrested up the road from my place. Cubt should be shot.
