its 4:30 am, got a few hours in and it gets slightly better once you get faster cars and stuff, but I still don't like the physics and the driving feel of the cars. the drift mode is alright, but can be better, in car view is not available for all cars but I knew that before playing. I also find the car sounds not very realistic, the weight transfer is over exaggerated in graphic but has very little effect on the way cars behave. also the load times between games are very slow.

I'm guessing the biggest issue is that I keep comparing it to FM3/2, I expected this game to be much better, but it's not.

yeah i dunno, if i got GT5 would be expecting it to be eleventy billion times better than forza 3 concidering it's been on the way for 2x as long!

I might buy GT5 this weekend so will let you know how good it is. My expectations are very high. Might have to check out the price of a wheel and pedal set too
