Yeast produces alcohol as it's eating away on the sugars/starches in the fermenter. That's why we mash the grain, then boil the wort, this releases and breaks down the sugars present so that they will be accessible to the hungry yeast.
Yeast is a very cool little guy, I would love to actually culture my own strain.

Simple enough to do. Just mix some white flour, little bit of sugar and water to a thick, gooey texture in a large open bowl and leave it outside in the shade for a few days. The yeast will grow

Make sure you try the Highwayman Red Ale while you're there. The GK is OK, but the HM is tits.

my
god.
Aek, Dyl and I had a massive feast for lunch.
Braza.
Game over.
Quote of the week came from Aek.
After gorging ourselves with endless amounts of delicious BBQ'd meat, we struggled.
Not just struggled with walking, but with moving, bending, and even breathing.
We all struggled into the car, let open our top buttons of our pants, started to pant for air ourselves, Dylan started to drive, and Aek came out with this pearler whilst driving along with the windows down at speed:
"Its a good thing I've got my mouth open out the window. Its forcing air down into my lungs, so I don't have to struggle with breathing!!"

sounds like it was a damn good lunch.
I should just convert to single, right?As soon as she hands it to you, slowly take of your pants, then, while staring her straight in the eyes rub it against the tip of you penis, while continuing your painfully intense gaze whisper to her;
"My eye is watering, this might be a bit hot"

Next time, we'll bypass Leichardt and head straight to Newport.
The service was so much better, and they were literally throwing meat at us non-stop!
I think one of the waiters found it amusing that we were literally eating all the meat he was feeding us, and whenever we backed down, he would say in an accent "aww... come on... its delicious! the best!!"
I think I've eroded the porcelain in the toilet. I had a fire-extinguisher on hand, as those Brazilian pickle chillies punch well above their weight!
