Ive seen Emergency Response Foresters but they arent actually Ambos.
Im sure the para's drive them and can help someone in an accident but cant carry a stretcher inside.
Spose they're more quick assistance while the Merc vans are in transit?

^When my grandad had a serious heartattack back in '08, we called triple-000 assuming we'd get an Ambo but they sent one of those Forester's (20-minute wait). So we were like "okay lets go to the hospital" and the paramedic was like "this vehicle is not equipped to transport him in this condition. We've called-in for an Ambulance". Another 15mins later one finally arrives.

The one time we need emergency assistance and I feel we were let down. Long waits, and inadequate resources to deal with the situation.

However it could be worse. Do hospital beds even exist in the Brissy/Gold Coast yet?
