So, last night was pretty cool.
Girlfriends dad works up on Alcoa's Huntley Bauxite mine site. He offered a ride-along on their fuck off huge trucks and loaders on his night shift last night.
Firstly, may I say...the Forester fucking loves those windy bumpy roads although it's pretty gutless once the aircon is on.
Secondly....cool. Doing handbrake turns (i wasn't driving) in a 110tonne tonka truck is pretty cool. Also got to sit passenger in a loader, roughly 25-30 tonne per bucket.
So, yeah...was pretty cool.
