Cleaned up the Excel sarvo and it's now officially for sale.

People have become irresponsible with money, unemployment rates are increasing etc etc. People are only now realizing that they have to cut back on pleasures, to keep their house/investments. Financial uneducation will be the detriment of so many people.
Ask someone to explain inflation, and most of them will look at you with a dumb stare, and be all like "What the fuck is that"
It all comes down to peoples stupidity, and their genuine lack of education around all things financial.

Completely agree. I am essentially a luxury item industry, so I feel the pain when people are this retarded with their money. Most people explain inflation in such a stupid way it makes me roll my eyes, but they are often my customers - yours too I suppose!
I don't so much feel the RBA or the FG are RESPONSIBLE for the shift, but the actions taken (I mean seriously, the floods in QLD are devastating but as a percentage of Australian economy as a whole - we're talking bikkies) might have altered the mind state of the uneducated.
I had people in today that actually said to me, they aren't sure 'how much they should spend during this disaster'.

I fucken hate my job atm. Leave at 6 in the morning and drive 90+ minutes to work, spend 8.5 hours bored shitless then drive 90+ minutes back home again. And the money ain't that good either.
