Fuck the arrogant, narrow minded, egotistical piece of shit that just told me that i know nothing about what i'm doing because i am so much younger than him.
I did not just spend 2 years at uni and 3 years working my way up through a Large enterprise sized company to have some wanker give me some bullshit spiel about how superior he is.

I think it says something when the operations manager of a company of this size come back and asks you to work for them again in a substantially higher position 6months after being made redundant because you have a high skill set and they need me for some projects, then keep me on a year longer than planned on contract rates because i was such an asset. or that high level project managers at Enterprises such as IBM mention my name and request that i be contracted for support at companies like Myer and Westpac.

Just because i may be younger does not mean i don't have the skills to do the job, this prick just tried to give me a blasting on the phone because i questioned his quote on a new server for the company... there is a reason i have this position and not him, he is an incompetent moron who decided to get his knickers in a knot because i pulled him up on something and he can no longer provide substandard equipment for exuberant prices.
Fuck i hate people like this.
Especially in a field where things change so fast, if you were to not keep up to date and continually be teaching yourself new things you would be out dated within a year and mostly useless, playing the age game is just superfluous
