why can't i use my blue tooth hands free anymore?

I think a good initiative would be to disallow anyone from carrying a passenger in their car, this obviously includes parent with babies - they will have to find alternate transportation for their young ones as they can be very distracting. Also, from now on, no attractive women are allowed to walk down the road, I think some kind of full body.... wait a minute. Also, all drive through food service locations will hereby be closed due to their obvious encouragement of distracted driving. On from there, the biggest contradiction in the world today, drive through bottle shops will also be closed as the close association to driving a car and drinking alcohol is unacceptable.

FFS, i am more distracted by constantly looking at the speedo so i dont get fined than talking on the phone, its when im on the phone and have to look at the speedo and freak out when i see a speed camera or keep on the watch for cops cause i am on the phone that is more distracting.

is it illegal to talk on the phone in the US?
