speaking of sausages do you guys split them one you cook the outside? then cook the inside , they dont do that here in vic , but in nsw iv grown up doing it that way

your lucky i had quoted it but my net died

No way.

A good sausage cook only cooks the outside. Splitting is cheating.

nice and crispy , its teh best pore a bit of beer on them swoit

Nar. Don't poke them either.

Leave the juices in there.

Nar I poke them, necessary with some of the fattier sausages I think... Usually don't cut and split them though, depends on how I feel and what I am eating. I don't mind having a split and cooked sausage on bread sometimes (more a sandwich), but generally just go the whole sausage on 1 piece of bread rolled up with onions and sauce.... Damn it is lunch time and I really could go a BBQ.

Josh.

Hook me up with a list of bunnings doing BBQ's right now plz.

A good quality sausage should not need to be stabbed or spit.

the coles cheap BBQ sausages are shit.. i can understand splitting them but a good sausage should be juicy (not oily) and cooked well through without drying out.
Im a big fan of Pork Sausages.. they are the bomb!

Hey cam.. do you still have all that meat from Aussie day? might cook up a BBQ tonight.
