One thing I've never really understood, is IT help people being upset about stupid questions. Honestly sweet cheeks, if everyone knew the answer, you wouldn't have a fucking job now, would you?

questions are not the problem.. its the stupidity of some people that is just incredible.. people will call for help before even thinking for themselves about the most basic of things.. hell one time i had someone call up and say their computer wont turn on.. when i asked can they check the power is on at the power point... they asked where is that.. i mean seriously.. i am 5000km away and you ask me where YOUR power point is.. i dont know??? maybe ON THE FUCKING WALL!

oh btw this chick unplugged the computer an hour earlier to plug in a fan.. so yes.. asking those stupidly basic questions is required.. we aren't just pricks for no reason
that is the kind of stupid questions us "IT" people refer to.

That's because most IT nerds think they're way smarter then everyone else. (Even IT people will know the nerds I'm referring to)
