33k for same model with 71000kms.$35K is a bit rich IMO.
She worked for Subaru most of the time she owned it, it is immaculate, i keep my cars immaculate, but this thing is fucking ridiculous.

Last year my old man bought an 09 WRX (12 months old almost to the day) with 20k kms for $32k.
Clean as anything.
Granted it's not an STi but it's got 4 years on yours

How do you figure its a collectors car?
I'm not being a sarcastic dick here, but honestly. A VZ GTS Commodore has more chance being considered a collectable in this country then the STi. Neither of them are (yet). I personally doubt the STi ever will be, perhaps amongst a very small minority of Subaru enthusiasts in this country.
