I've been keeping an eye on another SP20. 2002, light blue in colour, 106k kms, well looked after by the looks of it. Was $10,990 last night and dropped to $9,990 this morning
Last night however, I saw a black 2004 SP23 with the factory luxury pack (leather, etc) for $13,000. Our budget really is $10k but would something like this be worth it for resale? I'd obviously negotiate them as much as possible. It's on the Coast too.
SP20
SP23
Insurance company has also now received our bank details and insurance payout should be cleared in the next 24-48 hours.

Took less than a week to arrive also.
For a fraction of the price of what they go for here too.
RRP $900.
My price: $422.
That **** is cheaper than OEM spec, which go for about $700.

Save some kesh and chase the SP20.
Last of the line is always a better option IMO.
SP23 has FoMoCo stamped on most of its parts!
Ford Motor Company.

Full alloy Alex?
Stray current test yo.
Yes, full alloy, y0
Will do Jase.
At least I have the one in my car to fall back on if this one goes pear shaped.
Remind me. How do I do it again?
I've read so many conflicting versions of this, its done my head in.
And adding a sacrificial anode (like on boat motors) will help spot corrosion early, yes?
