I had a look under the car for a spare bung hole, one is being used for the oxygen sensor. there is a spare one about 1/4 into the metal cat. its about 1.2 metres (guess) from the turbo. do you think thats a good spot for a wideband sensor?

I almost lost 2 and a bit TB the other week. Fun fun. Then while poking a stick at iSCSI, I pooched the OS drive.. that was *grinds teeth* interesting And just for shitzngiggles, the vm guest i'm running on the server (when creating a lot of network traffic) was causing the MPP security and the anti DoS security to kick in on the fileserver AND the server services was running out of allowed ram dropping all open network connections on the guest OS All fixed now, yay for technet!

you will need another bung welded into the dump pipe. it must go PRE-cat but be far enough down the pipe to avoid excess heat.

you also need to let the wideband sensor warm up before you drive as exhaust gases can damage it if there is no power supply hooked up.

the wideband will not takeover the original sensor they do seperate jobs. the wideband is for tuning and has no direct control of the car, only as a diagnostic tool
