What way do you drive from Bris to Coffs? Have you tried Lions Road? Really good driving road, nice country and lots of bends. Where abouts do you get the stonechips?

Cheers

Pacific Motorway/Highway.. the whole way. some nice stone hitting front fibre glass front bar noises occured during the ballina bypass construction..

Yeah, if you're sticking to major highways should have no problems, but as Richo said grab a couple of jerry cans if you are worried.

Just grab a couple bottles of octane booster, stuff carrying jerries around. I keep one in the foam tray thing on top of the spare in the boot. Only ever had to use one bottle but it did the job.

The next time you drive down give Lions Road a go if you have a bit of extra time. Never had any traffic and always had alot of fun. If its summmer or hot when you go through next there are also quite a few really nice swimming holes along the way. I used to live a while away from Kyogle and drove to Brizzy every 2 wks or so and had some good drives on the road. Only bad thing is if you get caught behind a campervan or if you get car sick (especially while hungover (not driving)).

cheers

I was thinking that but I have heard (not confirmed) that some can really mess up your fuel lines, filter etc causing blockages etc. I have no personal experience but yeah.. Anyone had bad experiences with them?

Cheers

Just back from a party ( early, but i was driving) parked about 50metres up the street to be safe.. Bout 30 mins later hear this massive bang smash noise... Go out the front where I was gonna park some other people had parked, a car driving past saw everyone out front, thought they'd be mad fully sick bro's and do fish tails. Whoever was driving ended up side swiping 3 cars doing some fairly serious damage! Then the c*nts drove off funny enough the number plate of the car fell off! And the police were called, don't know what else happened cause that's when I left. Kinda wish my car got hit so it could get resprayed lol.

http://cgi.ebay.com/...s&_fvi=1&_rdc=1 Thoughts? i just purchased a 52mm x 3 radio din pocket for the boost gauge, now to fill the other two holes.. p.s check out these defi rip off gauges, they appear to have a decent reputation on rexnet, (doesnt say that much though) well priced, and look like defis.

garbage. do not want. you know my thoughts about ricenet, rhys. and i'm not liking the wideband either. when i do... i'll be going an innovate wideband. they're a tried and tested product, and many good reviews. not just on rexnet either ;)

maybe ill just stick with oil temp/oil pressure gauges then. but regarding the riceness for them, there was just a plain white background which looks nice. the peak recall setting might be good?

mmm innovate wideband? *edit* ahhh you mean brand.

this one?

Anyone else tried Saber guages?
http://www.tweakit.n...2a&filter_id=72

I got a boost guage bout 4mths ago, very happy with it, looks great (matches the b4 cluster) and is accurate (guage shows 1/2 psi more) for $130 (inc fr) can't go wrong IMO.

Yeh I had a saber on my wrx, worked well and looked good. Mounted it just above my steering column with double sided tape.
