Wordpad is awesome. No formatting. I can write emails in there and copy paste them to outlook. We can only have outlook open on one computer at a time here at work, because all three comps use the same .pst file. ! Any nerds know a better way I'd be willing to pay for advice. My outlook downloads the same emails twice, three times, if you open Outlook on a computer that hasn't used it for a while, it will download all the emails it has missed. SUCKS!

No idea what either of those are, if two other people can come up with ideas, I can use the amazing four googles! Jokes aside, cheers, I'll look into them. On a daily basis my days be like this.

Nik, Exchange is probably a little beyond the needs of your company at this point, depending on how you do it all - especially with costs involved. Is it still email addresses hosted by westnet ? or just one email address ?

Nick, sounds like you definantly need to be connecting to email server via IMAP. the only issue you will have is keeping emails. basically if you delete an email on one of the pc's it deletes it for all pc's in a nutshell it keeps the emails on the server and each pc just access the same thing. but if one user deletes the file its deleted for everyone. unless you choose to save a copy of an important email on the local machine for instance. sounds like the business needs a IT geek to be flown over from mexico so the business can be setup correctly in all aspects... ;) but in all seriousness that is no way to be operating, get a local kid to come fix it up for a carton or a case of goon :P
