Isnt 40km/h over the limit the cut off for minor penalties. Any more and you have to attend courses (at your own expense), etc?

Yeah I think it is, I reckon I was doing between 80 and 90km/h trying to beat that damn light. Sucky thing is, I was going to go a back way (was stuck in epic traffic) but I decided to suck it up and stay on the road I was on. Epic fail.
