At least they picked the error up themselves and are fixing it asap.
My bodgy paint job started to come undone 7/8 months later and then it had to be redone twice after that!

On dads way to work this morning he spotted a gen4 for sale with 136k km for $5500!!

Had a look at this on my way home.
Turns out i didnt read all the msgs dad sent me this morning. First one read as above.
He then sent another one immediately saying, 'GenIII' - correcting his error.

Turned out to be a 99 Gen3 RX sedan auto. Still alright for $5500. 136k km, new tyres all round.
But they hadnt bothered to clean it up to sell it. Mud was everywhere, looked like the clear coat had worn thin around the place, massive crack down the windscreen, etc.
Wanted to get home to have a run before the sun disappeared so didnt take it for a drive.

Thanks, i'm having the wheels refurbed in a couple of weeks, 250 Euros for the set of 5 (spare is a matching alloy), will probably get them with a slightly darker finish.
I will be buying a new set of rims as well, the multispoke BBS with the deep dish, (theres a pic with the car pics), getting a good deal on them, 800 euros for 18's with tyres Kumho KU31, 235/40 front and 255/40 rears.

28,000 is expensive, thats about what they were selling for here 2 years ago when i bought the B4 but the market for bigger engined cars over here has fallen through the floor, cost of petrol (1.35 a litre) and road tax for a year is 834 euros. So anything with an engine bigger than 2 litres is really cheap to buy.

BMW, Audi, Benz. There all REALLY expensive here! Petrol here is around AUD $1.25/lit and the 6.0 liter V8 Holdens (Vauxhall) are everywhere!
