From memory the optional stripes (there are several to choose from) are relatively expensive

Unless it's a Scud, then you have to option without it. Factory stripe is painted on also.

Gosh. So I missed a bunch of "your dad is hot" jokes and some recycled points of interest.

Welcome to the general thread.

Ugh i could ramble on for forking days about this stuff.

If i was to own a supercar one day, the F430 is currently at the top of my list! Love the look of that thing. The stripe suits it well i think - breaks it up a bit.

So do the flames on the rear half..

One of the comments left on the site where i found these pics:

There are few things that are more horrible to see than a demolished or wrecked Ferrari. I am a driver for a company that does car transport. A few weeks ago I got dispatched to go pickup a 2008 F430 that had been damaged and was going in for repairs, my dispatcher told me it wasn't running because it had been in an accident. When I got there the car looked fine and thought it was a miscommunication and as I walked around the car, I noticed the entire right side looked like it went through a blender. While I was loading the car onto the trailer. I asked the guy what happened. To impress a girl he was dating, he let her drive, and a car changed lanes next to them while they were on the freeway and she got scared and ran it along the concrete barrier on the side of the road at about 80mph. WOW.

I too love the F430. Its weird...I know the replacement (the Italia) is prettier, but I just find the look of the F430 nicer and more aggressive.
