I hate it when couriers/delivery-men don't shut the gate behind them when they leave. You'd think its common sense and common courtesy, but some people are too thick to realise.

My pet hate for the month has been reps parking wherever they like. Especially when it a cold call rep from a company providing a service or selling a product that you simply will NEVER EVER use and have never expressed any interest in what so ever. They always want my business card to quantify some sort of meet and greet quota for each day, I always refuse. Then they go on to ask;

"So, how has your season been?"
