Yeah, I noticed that too... The tiny head looks female aswell, and the dude in white behind him has no bottom half.

The floating heads are a result of the image being horizontally stitched, so that the whole of the church can be shown in the one image., so it's actually two or maybe three photos stacked on top of one another.

There's not many ways to stitch an image if the objects are moving, would have been pretty hard to demand a street full of people to hold still for a couple of minutes while he took the shots. Call me crazy, but the main things I can see in the image are two orange supercars and a butt load of empty glasses waiting to be filled with fun.
