Oh and Hai all!
I should just convert to single, right?As soon as she hands it to you, slowly take of your pants, then, while staring her straight in the eyes rub it against the tip of you penis, while continuing your painfully intense gaze whisper to her;
"My eye is watering, this might be a bit hot"

It's definitely the heaviest I've ever been. I always forget to exercise.
Probably eat too much crap too

If I had a dollar every time a Surgeon asked me if I lost weight "intentionally" or "not", i'd have a fitty. Are you dying? That sounds unhealthy.

No.
I am healthy.
Healthiest I've ever been.
Intentionally lost weight.
Stopped eating shitty processed foods.
I try to eat as naturally as possible.
I try to eat unprocessed foods as possible.
Given up pasta, breads, starches, etc etc.
Exercise a little bit. Controlled portion sizes a little bit.
Common sense kind of stuff!
Despite my loosing of about 30kgs, my car has put on 30kgs with the six speed.
Win.

Win.
Definitely a success. I eat a lot of pasta/bread/cheese, but the pasta I make myself, the bread is preservative free and local, the cheese is also local and not mass produced.
Maybe that's why I find it hard to keep a constant weight range? I would call myself 'wirey' rather than skinny, at the moment. Which is a better look than earlier.
Also, the Mo gets mad play with the cougars at the bball court. My lord. It's like a fluoro globe to insects. Four women want me to 'coach' them more.
Dead sexy.

Self control is an amazing thing to master.
Us Alco's are usually jellyfish of that mindset.

Ending up choking on one of them, somehow got beer stuck up my nose.
Could still taste/smell the beer embedded in my nose yesterday afternoon.
Feelsbadman.
I need to drink less and exercise more again.

Ended up using 2 taxi's to get home because we didn't quite make it in the first one.
Had to have a good vom-stop.
