Made Portuguese chicken burgers. Put hot peri peri on it.



Mouth is on fire. I have a low tolerance for chilli.

MMmmmm Food, I love food and now I am craving chilli, anything... any form of food I can put chilli on.. it will be a chilli vessel.

I want to try one of my ghost chillis but I can't bring myself to pick one yet because they are not ripe and I don't want to waste a potentially good chilli!

its hot, i took it into work as dare food. The record was two heaped tea spoons at once. chew/swish for ~20 seconds

Munching on home made jerky right now. It's pretty good. Needs chilli though. Next time I chuck some chilli flakes at the marinade.
