Blah blah American cars are cheaply made boats etc, but I can't be the only one that wants to see these hit our shores at some point. The Charger is just mean looking, maybe with Dodge signing up to the V8 Supercars we might see it arrive. And the CTS has already been on Top Gear and they loved it. The Dodge is getting a better interior with its newest revision too.

The Caddy is basically a VE Commodore, so not half bad.

The SRT looks the goods but I have worked on enough Chryslers to be a little skeptical.

The main complaint I have read about the Charger was that earlier revisions had a terrible (cheap) interior. But apparently the upcoming model is much better. I think the Charger is better looking than the 300C (maybe personal preference). Interestingly they used parts from the Mercedes E-Class under all that metal/plastic. I like what the US have done to revive Muscle cars. Wish Holden/Ford Australia would step up and do something similar, the Monaro was the most exciting thing in recent years The VE is getting long in the tooth now.

The VF commodore is basically a VE Commodore with interior changes and a new front end. The new front end is rumoured to share design cues with the Cadillac. Aluminium panels (bonnet etc) to save on weight, make it less of a boat like a B4!

My boss had a WRX STi, he sold it to make an AE86 drift car. I have spoken to him about his various cars (not only the Impreza, he has had Turbo Liberty and Forester's) and he absolutely loves the 86. Can go on for ages about how light and nimble it was. He was really excited when I told him Subaru and Toyota were working together on a Boxer 86 my mate is keen on the BRZ, I will wait for Turbo model I think.
