Try running Malwarebytes (free)... used that on my grandfathers computer to get rid of something similar except it was using fake/branded versions of google. Personally run that once a month myself and I also have MSE running in the tray for any of those annoying web bugs. Norton can die in a fire.
Also try running CCleaner (free) run the cleaner and the registry cleaner, it might be something hiding in your temp files somewhere. Check your Add/Remove programs for any shitty toolbars and stuff, and the Addons/Extensions sections of your browsers.
Nginx itself is a server software (lots of sites run on it), but there does seem to be some kinda bug getting around that uses it. Otherwise the only other question I have is, are you behind a proxy server (or an intranet).

Makin yo pasta Jordy bong
Shieeet.
You'll know if you make it right.
Just make sure, once you think its thin enough, it can go atleast half as thin as that.
If it starts to split, add more flour.
To cut, roll it up, and cut every .5cm!
SALTY water, shouldnt have to cook for over 1.5 minutes, You'll know its done when the pasta turns whiter, and is soft.
Enjoy!

If you can see yourself doing it more, buy a pasta roller (on sale at aldi, $15 or something), rolls it super thin, and takes about a tenth of the time. Has its own cutter too.
