Service staff were pleasent enough but the sign wasn't exactly screaming customer service.

If I told you I was a compulsive liar, would you believe me?

Yeah mate, got home dry. Actually made good time. If it wasn't for the ridiculously long wait at the KFC drive thru, I would have been home by 9:25pm.

Sig worthy.

How did you convince the bus driver to detour through KFC drive thru?

Another cool story.

I'm about to defrost the freezer.

Hahahaha. Ace.

@Adam: You'd be better served letting the chicken defrost and marinate it during the day then cook it up on a slow simmer when you get back in at night.

Edit: Ahh, didn't know you were going the slow cook! One of my favourite parts of vintahhhh. Slow cooked roasts. Brett's in for a long winter of crock pot meals!

What cut of chicken is it? I love Maryland in the slow roaster, but not for the whole day. Probably 5h max.

I'll try and find one of the slow roast + tagliatelle I did last winter.

Hahaha, found this instead;

Here's a slow cooked rib eye roast, wasn't in the crock pot though...
