I pay no interest on my loan.

refinance is definitely not a win!

It will be gone in about a month too :)

Noice :)

I had to take a loan out from my old man last year to buy the XT.

The money was there to pay for it but it was sitting in the form of a SSS Pulsar :P

Once that was sold + a few weeks extra I was in the clear again.

$11,000 loan gone in a few weeks. Notbadface.

Paid $42 interest :P

I bought a car once on a redraw to take advange of the lower rate.
Only works if you repay the redraw in the time frame of a car loan, not the mortgage.

As a Bank, we are unable to refinance car loans into home loans with a 30year term anymore.

$20,000 car x 18% = $3600/yr over 5 years (average loan term for car loan) = 18,000 in interest + the $20k you originally borrowed.
$20,000 car x 6% = $1200/yr over 30 years(average loan term for a home ) = 36,000 in interest + the $20k you originally borrowed.

Maximum allowable term to refinance a car long into a mortgage is 10years as a result of that.

I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,  :fork: right off.

There is no helping you.. at all. Everything you do, you do so with a negative attitude, no wonder you think your life is shit.. you are constantly bringing negativity to yourself.

Have a beer and cheer the fork up, get laid and you'll be right.

It was a while ago.
That is why I repaid the redraw amount in less than 18 months. Fark paying interest on a car for 30 years.
Im sure people just look at the rate, forgetting about calculating total interest.

If I told you I was a compulsive liar, would you believe me?

THIS!!!!!!!

Im sorry mate but all you do is whinge and find excuses for why you cant better your situation. You ask for advice, and do the opposite. Im really bored of it personally. Youre probably a pretty decent bloke, but you need to change your attitude before you can expect anything else in life to get better. Its just the way it is.

Sig worthy.
