The Audi is just a wrap for Gumball... the wheels, I'm not so sure.

I know 120minute boils exist. I'd still like to know why the brewer bothers. Maybe he has a shitty home life?

Likes to evaporate at least half the wort away into the air?

My point is the word 'Stout' means strong.

Is there any benefits to the 90 or 120 minute boils?

If you wanna do a "Masterclass" though, I suppose I could. As long as everyone is drinking beer while doing it?

Rex can be an example of how to do it correctly.

Then use Josh's face to demonstrate incorrect application of tint.

Ugh i could ramble on for forking days about this stuff.

Ha, not really. Imperial would be a quality description before being one of size. Some of the beers you see are definitely pushing the boundaries of what they are calling them.

I know. Hence I mentioned it. Is your team fixing it?

No.

WebPAS is replacing TOPAS, which is a 15 year old patient management application.

It went live at FH this week and they've gone too far to roll back the change now so they're fixing things as they come up.

Ugh i could ramble on for forking days about this stuff.

perhaps 90 minute.
30 minute pre hop boil to volatilise undesired compounds, such as DMS. 60 minute boil to get maximum bitterness from your hops.

maybe Nik is onto something with the evaporation thing. I guess you could concentrate your wort more by boiling for 120 minutes. Why you wouldn't just trim your recipe to begin with I don't know.

Sig worthy.

Maybe there's a dog that ate bees and it has bees in its mouth and when it barks it shoots bees at people.

And he's looking at the bees get shot out.

Ugh i could ramble on for forking days about this stuff.

this.

@josh - maybe try slowing down your runoff and sparge (if you can). Its usually when I have a quicker than normal transfer to kettle that I have a lower OG.

Maybe he is watching stuff go past?

I meant this.

Sig worthy.
