A bus full of passengers was hijacked by a man in Sydney who robbed the driver and then ordered him to deviate from his usual route to take him to a shopping centre.police say.The man boarded the bus at Wynyard, in the CBD, with two bottles of alcohol on Saturday night, police said.While travelling through the Lane Cove Tunnel towards Pennant Hills the man became agitated and aggressive towards the driver and passengers, police said.He threatened the driver with the bottles and stole cash from the till before grabbing the steering wheel, police said.The driver was able to maintain control of the bus but the man demanded that he drive to a Carlingford shopping centre, in north-west Sydney, where the hijacker fled, police said.Police are seeking the man, who is described as being 25- to 30-years-old, medium build, 175cm tall with short brown hair.
