"Mr Abbott said Mr Abbott's decision not to rais the Coalition's policy of towing back asylum seeker boats in his meeting with Mr Yudhoyono last night was a "complete cop-out".

I wasn't rude, didn't break any of the site rules. Just mentioned my Aunt's had an unlicensed turtle for years (since I was a kid) because a new young member got snapped at by a moderator for obtaining one unlicensed (he wanted to know how to register it). I support the forum and its cause (get my supplies from them). But apparently free speech isn't an option there, say something they dont like and a moderator will re-word your post (he literally edited my post) so it pushes their own agenda. Pull them up on it and you'll get a lifetime ban lol.

They can be a bit immature when it comes to conversation in the 'grey area' of the law. Its a good forum for learning stuff regarding the turtes but apparently if you argue with a moderator you're banned. Even if you have donated to the cause, donated your old tank, shared information etc.
Rather offended to be honest, I don't get banned from forums often lol. I created a dummy account to ask a mate for his email address and they banned that too.

It is surprising how immature the moderators can be. Say something they dissagree with, dissappear forever! Its more like China Freshwater Turtles.

Take it lightly. It is surprising how immature the moderators can be. Say something they dissagree with, dissappear forever! Its more like China Freshwater Turtles.
Its pretty lame they feel the need to edit your post to reflect or state a different point of view. I'd laugh it off if I were you.

I managed to get in email contact with the guy I gave my old enclosure to, also a moderator, and he thinks its hilarious as well. He is going to ask the site owner to lift the ban, but admits they have a hard line on the legalities surrounding reptiles.
I mean I get it, my Aunt took a turtle from its habitat about 20 years ago, but I never said it was right. Apparently I was condoning this behaviour, even though I clearly stated I don't. I was trying to help a young kid that was being flamed because his mum bought a turtle illegally through gumtree.

Seems a little cold blooded.
