Full of it. So many people are blaming "the mining tax" for their business going down the shitter. Hell, I might increase prices on window tinting, because of the mining tax. Coz, I use a full metallised film, which has metal, which has been dug from the earth, and taxed, therefore I should exponentially increase my prices. What a crock.


While I agree some people are being silly about it...

Can't argue with the increase in energy costs, mate. They can say it hasn't cost us a thing, but it shows up as a separate bloody line on my power bill? So.... do I just not pay that?

Yeah, I'm talking more about retail specifically. Even my household energy cost has gone up a fair whack
 


I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,  :fork: right off.

Wow NAB don't mind using a bit of paper do they Shaz. We've got a new mortgage with them, and a new credit account to go with it. I got home today to find 8 separate envelopes full of brochures and new cards and various other shit.

Hahaha. I'm sure you'll read through them all thoroughly.

Telstra sent me four pages in one envelope and then another envelope with a few more pages and a printed cheque... for the princely credit sum of $3.82.

I'm banking it though. Imagine how many people just can't be rooted banking little bits like that. Would add up pretty quick across a company like Tesltra!
