Why?

Because I got bored of sleeping, and got up.

Ha ha, fair enough. What do you have planned for today Chamillionaire?

I went to bed at about 10:30 PM, woke up at 10 AM. 11.5 hours of sleep is good. :D

That's how long I slept for.

I only got 5 last night. I had been getting about 8 lately.

Eight hours is the minimum that any adult should be getting. I remember hearing that somewhere...

I went to bed at 11 last night, got to sleep around 1, woke up at 3, went back to sleep at 4, and then woke up at 7 to goto work.

Rubbish.

I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,  :fork: right off.

It is rare that I get that much sleep ever.

7 hours would be a very good night for me.

Might want to count that again... unless you slept for 23.5 hours... lol

I'm with you Josh... I get about 7 hours on a good night and seems like all I need...

Always tell the wife, I can sleep when I'm dead... ;)

Woops! I wrote that I woke up at 10 PM. Meant to be AM of course, ha ha.

Rubbish.

If I ever wake up during the night and go back to sleep, the next day will be absolute dog shit for me. I can't handle it.

I sleep like that sometimes... its bad for the body coz your body doesn't go into sleep mode well enough, not enough deep sleep where your body does recovery work...

Wife says calcium and magnesium will help, they relax the muscles so you get a better sleep

Strange, coz you'd think drinking would make you sleep better, but maybe not for some people... :)

You should become a nutritionist after all the things you speak about Zig_Zac! Ha ha! And are you prescribing natural ways of your body absorbing calcium and magnesium, or other ways such as through supplements? I've always been told that taking supplements and vitamins gives you very expensive piss.

Example I was given was this. If your body can only take/absorb four oranges that you eat naturally before it starts rejecting it and passing it through, what makes you think a tablet containing the same amount of vitamin C as a box of oranges is going to be better for you? Your body will absorb four oranges worth, and pass the rest through. Hence, expensive piss. :P

On other news.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY ZIG_ZAC!

It seems Moog is a bit crook hey. Had to be admitted to hospital this morning. He put a thread up on mighty cock munchers, but it has been deleted now.

Drinking definitely effects sleep patterns, for the worst.

Eating times and amounts are probably the biggest factor.

I was having a problem a couple of months ago where I was waking up 1hr-2hrs before my alarm. So freaking annoying but that seems to have stopped. Pretty sure it was stress related.

It seems Moog is a bit crook hey. Had to be admitted to hospital this morning. He put a thread up on mighty cock munchers, but it has been deleted now.

Thanks mate... :)

My wife is a naturopath, so I know all this stuff... she is also a nutrition consultant... LOL!

It is true... expensive piss, but the average person doesn't get enough calcium or magnesium in their diet. Yes some people do, but most don't, which is why supplements are good.

Did you know cravings for things, like real cravings are your body telling you what you need?

If you have a blood test, it can tell you what you are deficient in, and then you can either take supplements, or go the natural route and eat foods high in those things you are deficient in

It wasn't mentioned Hazmat. He just said a few years ago, he got really sick, and couldn't walk, then a few days later, couldn't move at all, and he had to be hospitalized, and the same thing has happened again. But yeah, the thread has been deleted now.

Yup, stress, alcohol and eating habits do play a part in how much you sleep, what time you can get to sleep and how well you sleep.

Best to not have a heavy meal after 7pm, so your body has time to digest it before you go to bed at say 10pm...

If you sleep on a full stomach, your body will be awake and working while you try to sleep, not fun...

And yes, stress keeps you up, coz your brain never gets to shut down enough...

It wasn't mentioned Hazmat. He just said a few years ago, he got really sick, and couldn't walk, then a few days later, couldn't move at all, and he had to be hospitalized, and the same thing has happened again. But yeah, the thread has been deleted now.

Doesn't sounds good... sounds close to crohn's disease, but much worse..
