It is true... expensive piss, but the average person doesn't get enough calcium or magnesium in their diet. Yes some people do, but most don't, which is why supplements are good.

If you have a blood test, it can tell you what you are deficient in, and then you can either take supplements, or go the natural route and eat foods high in those things you are deficient in

It actually very noticeable in pregnant women... like some of them will crave something super weird and disgusting, but its actually their body telling them they need something..
