So, as I said, that's not your job - is it?

$10 is a Posted Image'ing good price too!

So, as I said, that's not your job - is it?

No, I don't believe it is.

Ordering parts, Chasing up deliveries, providing quotes, all have nothing to do with drawing.

Oh well. home now, over it. dont have to go back for another 13 hours

Hahaha just signed my new letter of offer with my payrise. I calculated the difference in pay between what I'm getting now.

It's a whole $1891.76 more than I'm on currently per year.

Frik.

BRING ON AAAAUUUGGGUUUSSSSTTTTT!!!!!

So they are prepared to pay you another $1900 for nothing.
Sounding a little ungrateful there Morgz.

Sig worthy.

For nothing??!

I've been on the same admin level for 5 years. I bend over backwards for that organisation and still get paid pittance.

I'll take what I can get but I would really like to actually start moving forward financially!

My B4 was like a japanese garden today, waterfall noises. Just got back from the mechanic, they seem to have fixed it. Will cold start it later tonight or tomorrow. Typical Subaru with air trapped in the system lol.

He wanted to come for a drive after to make sure it wasn't doing it - he didn't know it had some more fasts, but of course, its no 20psi.

The primary is starting to show some wear, bit of a whine on some hard accelerations but not others, usually at its limit right at the changeover, unless its a pulley or something else entirely, could even be the secondary since I don't hear it with regular driving, only when I give it heavy load... But its not a smoke machine just yet so will worry about it next service. He didn't seem to think it was pinging so thats a good thing atleast lol.

I'm sorry Brett, but I agree with Morgs here. That is a ridiculous payrise, especially if you are performing like you said you were performing.

I just gave one of my tellers a $5k payrise, because she has stepped up, and taken on a lot more responsibility and demonstrates the correct behaviours at work. And $5k is the minimum I could give.

I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,  :fork: right off.

Sorry I put that badly.

I agree, you do get paid a pittance, however a near enough $1900 isn't a bad pay rise. I would have to complete two certificates of study to get that kind of payrise.

You definitely need a new job mate. Seems like they treat you like the office bitch.

You're in a completely different game though Shaz.

NAB can afford it.

I'd love to pay staff more.

Extra money is always extra money and that's always a good thing.

I found out recently that my boss was pocketing the $15,000 bonus we get each month to share around.

Not sure what to say yet, That's $500 a month I'm not getting. That could help big time.

Even with a extra 15k a month, I still don't wish I was him. Leaving 3 kids and a wife overnight to be with a 24yo (He's 41) THAT ISN'T EVEN HOT :(

The wife was smokin' and nice :)

Lol, fair enough. But even the car yard I was selling cars for gave increases that were $3k+

I'm sure geographically speaking, salaries would likely be less as well up there compared to down here.

I feel like a beer

I feel like a beer

I like this idea, i might get some beer and maybe finally give myself a haircut.

As soon as she hands it to you, slowly take of your pants, then, while staring her straight in the eyes rub it against the tip of you penis, while continuing your painfully intense gaze whisper to her;

"My eye is watering, this might be a bit hot"

I should just convert to single, right?
