According to research carried out by Motors.co.uk, searches for used Subaru Imprezas since the first episode are up 243%, peaking at 826% while the show was on.

Stephen Jury, from Motors.co.uk, said: “Subaru has been experiencing a decline in popularity over the past few years and saw 23% less sales in 2012, culminating in the iconic Impreza being taken off the road in 2013. However, following the African Top Gear special and some questionable tongue-in-cheek motor testing, the Subaru Impreza has seen a huge increase in popularity on Motors.co.uk which hasn't been seen since the rally days of Colin McRae.

Go the Suby's!

I think they need to pass by a carwash.

Wanting to buy/looking for: single genuine STi rim, genuine STi front lip, Corazon or Zero/Sports grille and another OEM grille

Can you hook a brother up? Please contact me now. I have cash ready.

They did make you appreciate the ol' bugeye a bit more.

I rather dislike how the split their seasons in to 2 parts for the year.
First half in summer, second half in winter..

I like to think of it as borrowing someone's car and driving it better than them.

I love these topgear specials!

I'm actually thinking of selling my explorer (my daily) and buying an impreza to make a rally car, two subarus are better than one anyway

It was actually a good top gear episode. I haven't watched any of this recent series as it has bored me, but this episode makes me want to watch it again. Suby didn't miss a beat as expected.

I agree with this, well the first portion anyway. Just started to watch the Africa ep and GAWD BLIMEY I hate how the Brits pronounce Impreza. Horrid. "Impretza". Where does the "T" come from !?!?!? :(
Anyway, It seems that top gear, imo (and my dads, lol), repeats a lot of stuff with changes here and there, but that comes with 19 years! Hopefully this ep is good!

i say 'Impreza' with the 't' sound  yeah i think they just got way off track with all the silly stunts and V8 blender crap.
all i want is them to review cars and have lots of car thrashing. simple

Hi,

Clarkson deliberately changes emphasis on pronunciation due to his God complex, hell, he even bucks trends on how the world says things.

HorsepowerS anyone?!

This episode I had playing in the background and barely watched it, and can't be bothered watching the second part

As soon as she hands it to you, slowly take of your pants, then, while staring her straight in the eyes rub it against the tip of you penis, while continuing your painfully intense gaze whisper to her;

"My eye is watering, this might be a bit hot"

I should just convert to single, right?

Hi,

No shit. The rig up across the river is beyond ridiculous. Nobody in their right fuckin' mind believes the three of them rigged that up themselves.

Cheers,
Nik
