Rude / Arrogant
We were warned by the tour leader that we need to grow thick skin prior to visit this place.
Because the people who work at this place are so rude and arrogant, they left a sour taste in my mouth. The man who called himself “GC” wouldn’t hesitate to ridicule guests senselessly, picked on his guests for delivering his cheap sexist remarks all at our expenses. The female were made inferior to the male guests. We were asked to wash glasses for our male partner as we would be at home.! Arrogant.
I felt we were given handouts, and forced to beg for the tasting. I was so modified & disappointed; it’s not at all what I would expect. I paid good money to going on a wine tour, I am not asking for handouts nor did I expect to be treated poorly.

On our wine tour, one of our party was insulted by the male serving the liquors... he was either drunk or off his face on some drug....it left a decidedly sour taste and poor example of australia hospitality.

Just had it out with the tour operator, I don't think they'll be coming back.


Just so everyone ON HERE knows the full story;

They spewed their guts up at Cape Naturaliste winery at around 1030AM
They had alcohol on the bus, as permitted by the tour company, which is completely illegal.
They lied about it.
They were told to be sensible.
They tried drinking the tasters with 'no hands' and spilled a lot, and just generally looked like drunkards.
Asked to leave.
They took outside alcohol into a different brewery location, and they admit to this, another MASSIVE breach of legality.
