Nik, cookie recipe has been forwarded to my old man for trial...he loves to bake
Also Nik, if you do come across for the Hunter cruise, you will meet the child you named.
Stocky, was just having a dig because no gluten, lactose, etc etc...I understand food allergies well enough. My favourite pastry from my local cafe is a gluten free syrup cake thingy. EPIC.
